My name is Janet, and I have been cooking professionally for the past 25 years! I enjoy every bit of cooking that I do, right down to the last detail, and I would love to share my love and passion for cooking, baking and everything else, with you. I have run a catering business, a restaurant, a coffee shop and canteens, as well as baking – birthday cakes, breads, iced biscuits and many more beautiful creations. I am now able to share my many years of experience, and tried, tested and trusted recipes, tips and guidelines with anyone who has the passion to do so.
